Inclusions:
The above packages are on per night basis and can be
extended on pro rata basis. Arrival and departure
transfers by an air-conditioned coach from the
Dabolim Airport. Signature welcome drink on arrival.
Above package includes one buffet breakfast per
person at a pre-designated area. (Any additional
meals shall be chargeable on actual). Complimentary
tea / coffee maker in the room with daily
replenishment Complimentary usage of the steam bath
/ sauna and swimming pool facilities.

Notes:
Minimum Length of Stay should be two nights. One
child below 6 years can be accommodated in Lagoon
Terrace Room without extra charge & bed. Only two
adults and two children below 12 yrs can be
accommodated in Conservatory Premier Room. One Extra
Adult or two children below 12 years can be
accommodated in Lagoon Suite. The rates are
exclusive of 12% Luxury tax and 5.5% service tax.
Surcharge of 15% is applicable on room rate on
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and
Extended weekend. The Child below 5 Yrs can stay in
the room complimentary with parents with meals. The
child between 05 Yrs To 12 Yrs can stay in the same
room @ 1200 INR AI with breakfast per night. Extra
adult @ Rs. 2000 AI per night per bed only in a
Lagoon Suite. Not recommended in Lagoon Terrace &
Conservatory Premiere Room. Above package is not
valid during long weekends & festive season.
